I know everyone in the USA envies free health care everywhere else, but did you know people get free vaccines for their pets in many countries, too? It's a public health thing, of course. Here in the USA, vaccines add up to hundreds of dollars out of pocket. That means we'll never eradicate rabies like most other places have.
