What claims does Houghton Mifflin make, and are these marketing claims, or legally binding claims?
(and yes, marketing claims can be actionable as false or misleading, but thats a long and circuitous road)
Has anyone audited the performance of the service against the claims HM makes, and the requirements defined in data sharing agreements?
