atyh (npub1vyr…fy55) reminded me of a roasted dandelion latte I made recently. It was delicious. I like combining it with a little chicory root and maca. When I want a dairy break, I use homemade almond milk (like here). Cardamom and honey sometimes, too. Yummy and so nourishing. And hopefully that there was the last wood stove fire of the season.
