As people talk their sad tax returns, I actually got a big one. BUT The joke is on me as I made so little money, they had to give me *all* of my est taxes back.
The biggest client we were trying to get was the VA for mental health software, and the DOGE bros fired everyone we knew there. Then Unity stuck us with a $20K bill we couldn't refuse, on top of the months of unpaid work we accumulated.
The little I did make paid for my surgery, fixing my car, and water heater. Wee!
