Well..man, another busy one and I need some time off..got 46 miles in today with one indoor and three outdoor rides and it was nice to be able to get out in just shorts and a t-shirt..saw a lot of deer on the trail today and that is kind of unusual for how scarce they've been lately..and I had to clean this afternoon since my brother and his wife are coming over so I can help fix his car antenna...again..and I still need to do the weight work right now as I watch Man U...good afternoon!
