GM NOSTR. If you watch any popular Bitcoin podcasts, then you've probably ran across the truism that "the map is not the territory."
Well, I just was listening to Scott Adam
of Dilbert cartoon fame, and he was arguing about the weaponization of our justice system. He calls it lawfare (as opposed to warfare). Get it?
Then I was struck with a thought (as I have the annoying tendency to do) that the idea that there is tension between the spirit of the law versus the letter of the law, is another way of exposing the territory is not the map.
The spirit of is the territory and the letter is the map.
