1) Money: I have $2K to my name
2) Obligation: this roommate/friend needs help and I promised her a lot of renovations
3) No driver's license: I need to take the tentire thing over again because mine has been expired since 2013. See reason 1 for why it went so long.
4) No vehicle. See 1 and 3.
The plan is, eventually, I will finish these renovations and she'll get my license and car. But in reality, she's trying to drag it out as long as possible, because she's crippled and without me she'd be in a nursing home.
