The current issue at hand is that Samourai publicly broadcast that they could help people evade sanctions and now pay the price.
Whether they actually do is of no concern to me as an agorist. It’s foolish.
You need to do both. Expand freedom with technologically capabilities AND win the PR game. Better PR game = better legal game = less encroachment. Because we are losing right now. All means at our disposal. No more purist dick measuring contests.
Self custody is another matter and I hope it never comes to that. It will be a long legal battle that I will find and participate in. States are already passing laws enshrining that right so it may just have to be a marijuana law type situation.
