Oh, I don't think I've ever posted about this on here before but I believe that self-deprecating humor is almost always a form of psychological self-harm and I would really rather not see or hear it ever. It's not funny or cute, it's just kinda depressing.
I used to make a lot of self-deprecatory jokes until someone pointed this out to me, and stopping doing it has honestly made a big, positive, lasting difference in my overall mood.
Jokes are powerful. You should only mock your enemies.
