Hopefully the government doesn’t swoop in and intervene to “protect” the handful of dumbasses that will undoubtedly housewife/abuse this shit. If they stay out of the way, you’re looking at gen 6/7 of these drugs in late 2020s having most side effects engineered out, and cost being the same as a regular ass prescription at cvs or Walmart.
Something tells me the government will, though, totally find a way to fuck this up for the masses. Which is a shame, because right now it’s expensive as hell. If this ever got to widespread use, you could almost kill the obesity issue in the US, and drastically reduce things like drug and alcohol addiction…
