I think if I was a billionaire I'd probably just do something stupid like put air conditioning in the garage.
Maybe put a little skate ramp in there.
Probably prop up a CRT TV in the corner with an SNES and a PS2 or something.
Maybe add an extra outlet for my guitar amp.
