Unbelievable! I registered in the website that the product they sent was wrong and contacted the store directly to explain what happened, the staff was incredibly rude saying that was my mistake that I haven’t replied their message in the right time. They even lied saying that they were clear I should have replied by 9am when in the screen shot there’s no such information. I answered a couple of hours later because I wasn’t home and couldn’t check the model of my computer. Yet,I gave them the correct model number. I can’t believe they said that. They complained saying I disrupted their reputation by asking them to deliver the right product.
I immediately called the company and made a complaint about the clerk behavior. It’s unacceptable that a company can’t see their own mistakes and blame their clients for their actions. 😡
