EU chce regulovat freelancery a platformy sdílené ekonomiky, mezi které například patří služby jako je Wolt, Bolt, Foodora, Uber, Rohlík, Airbnb apod.
Kvůli nové legislativě hrozí, že bychom museli spadnout do klasického zaměstnaneckého vztahu nebo dohod (DPP, DPČ)
Jako freelancer si chci zachovat flexibilitu, svobodu a být svým vlastním organizátorem času.
EU svými regulacemi opět ničí inovace a omezuje svobodu v podnikání, navíc zvyšuje byrokracii, které je už teď ve sdílené ekonomice dost.
Platformy sdílené ekonomiky jsou lepšími regulátory, soudci, polisty a právníky než celá EU dohromady a to právě díky tomu, že tyto služby poskytují soukromě. Platformy sdílené ekonomiky jsou tak trochu poloviční anarchií a tuto anarchii je potřeba zachovat.
Pokud nesouhlasíš s EU a chceš se pokusit zabojovat pro freelancery a sdílenou ekonomiku, můžeš podepsat tuto elektronickou petici.
