This time, the photo and video upload service of notrcheck.me has been added. Thank you #[0] for your support. The upload speed of #[1] is very fast, and the upload video and photo limit is within 100MB.

-Added Notrcheck's photo and video upload service.
-Added the selection function for media upload services and the official introduction of media upload services, Nostrcheck.me and Nostr.build.
