Palestinians and Israelis are the same race, color, and mentality. Yet, there are organizations in Israel that are connecting day and night to prevent Israelis from marring a Palestinian.

To be clear, if a Palestinian managed to marry an Israeli, Jewish or not, the Palestinian is still not eligible to get a citizenship in Israel as by law, Palestinians are not allowed to.
