I tried it, and they had clearly purchased data on my 'interests' from somewhere — I'm guessing tiktok — and in their discovery algorithm it just showed me threads on the same four topics *relentlessly.* Guess what, I don't need a reminder that I'm mentally ill every 3-4 threads, lol.
