I've worked in trades before but am a bit of jack-of-all-trades more than anything, still theres alwasy room for someone like this on most every team.

I've met more gen z's doing environmental work on the waterways than anywhere else but am in my 40's so..., some are really bad but the odd diamond lurks in the rough, even there but not enough for me to look forward to working with them. Imagine surveying animal populations and then complaining of the smell of wild animals and that they have fleas and such 🙄. Too much time in classrooms with screens and not enough in the field, is my explanation.
