The Daily Rake (npub166h…fqxk) laurel (npub1z4g…zq0x) from what I can tell from my knowledge of campaign finance law, it would have been impossible for them to run candidates as an LLC without violating federal law. They would've had to reorganize as a political party.
Plus anyone who donates would be doxed, again because campaign finance law.
There are exceptions and loopholes but the Biden injustice department would not see it that way
I wouldn't say doomed from the start because I think most of the local and state-level guys were on the right track
But the top leadership was unfit for the job clearly
