Got the Pi back up and running. ZWavejs2MQTT was easy to get back. I had to re-pair my office lock because the keys changed, but it was pretty simple.
Zigbee2MQTT is proving to be more difficult. I have no backup of keys and other coordinator information, so despite using the same Zigbee dongle, things aren't working.
