This jackass with a Maryland temp tag that expired two months ago decided to park in my neighborhood again today. I am like the muthfuckin Eye of Sauron when it comes to drivers acting as if no rules apply to them—note all the speed-cam tickets—and nagged DPW into towing the car. /1
