Aside from Star Wars, I'm hard-pressed to think of space opera gaming settings that have the same science fantasy "in a galaxy far, far away" sensibility. Things like Dragonstar, Starfinder etc. doesn't count due to their direct lineage to more traditional fantasy settings!
