Flick 🇬🇧 (npub1uxm…ujtm) dreadful. doesn't explain why the mother wasn't in contact with the child. I'd have though daily, not weekly contact would have been mandated if an ill person is sole carer for a small child. And to call the police and they didn't turn up - heads should roll.
