I have, and I left comments too. It is not standardized (NIP does not exist or merged), there is no plans by the author to standardize it, it is a lesser incarnation of nip96(IMHO), it adds nothing new or better to the table. Unless there is a well reviewed and commented NIP, I am not touching it. And, it should have been an expansion on nip96 to begin with 🐶🐾🫡
