ICYMI - Elon/X is asking SCOTUS to weigh in on Jack Smith demanding access to Trump's private discussions on Twitter so this doesn't happen again.
(context: Elon was forced to provide Jack Smith with all of Trump's account info including DMs and it was behind an NDA - so Elon/X was not allowed to tell Trump, so Trump had no way of fighting it or claiming executive privilege to his private discussions while president)
