I thought this would be a way for any of the 20 or so people I’d been emailing to read my updates if they wanted to. I wrote about going to West Virginia, to Texas, to Pennsylvania, to Oregon. I was a primary and caucus observer. I started posting occasional reflections about politics more generally too. The blog then just took off.
