I don't know if something like this exists, but I believe that something to host code in the way nostr is conceived is the next free speech revolution. Code is language, and it always bothered me that pieces of code that represents freedom for humanity, aka Bitcoin and it's ecosystem is all hosted in GitHub, where you are subject to KYC... And it's centralized.
