We used to do prank phone calls too. But we got fkn busted after it made the local paper (SMALL town). Someone folded under pressure and we got nabbed. My dad was on the city council, so no follow up in the paper happened. But we knew nobody would ever catch us over the radios. We were ruthless. I think there were some people with home CB setups too, but they caught on quick and ignored us or changed channels or whatever.
