Day 8/ 15 and today was half time of my fasting time.
It's going well. Sometimes I get a bit dizzy for 5-10 seconds, when I get up from sitting.

Morning of day 7/15
My water-only fast is going well. I feel good again. Yesterday was a bit low energy levels. Today feels back to normal.
Since a few days I am once a day squeezing half a lime and putting it into my water.
