As far as I know, relays don't by default perform inter-relays of notes. You post to multiple relays and anyone connected to them sees your notes.
I think there might be some relays which do aggregate message from multiple relays and present a unified feed though. jleger2023 (npub1t9a…h4uw) will likely know as I'm sure nostrgram is/will do this.
