Hysteria to push more feminist laws.
Right after the gangrape incident a lot of sexual harrasment laws were introduced.
Age of consent and marriage age was also raised.
I'm willing to change my opinion though if you can give me some stats(I've seen a lot of them. I don't buy the rape hoax)
