RIP Bram Moolenaar, the developer/maintainer of the vim text editor, probably one of the UNIX applications (not counting shells) I’ve used the most.
(My editor of choice for anything not requiring a heavy-duty IDE has, for a few decades, been vi, which generally translates into vim on most modern systems.)
