Every bitcoin meet up should do a set amount Sats card swap. Everyone comes with the amount loaded and just swap with others. Off chain mixing. Why is some form of this not a standard thing at every meet up or conference? Every time you see a "Bitcoin excepted here" sticker the vendor is ready to swap..... Especially at farmers markets and mobile type businesses.
