"Vulnerability" is just a "legal-marketing" euphemism to disclose a "latent defect" without the legal burden of having to acknowledge a "flaw" on a mass produce consumer product .. recall the whole lot or partially or totally reimburse the consumer.
If you paid 100% of retail price, you have the legal right to get 100% of the performance and features of the product you bought as advertised.
