I don't understand how anyone can believe this when nobody operates as if this is reality. China, India, and Africa aren't reducing emissions. If this was real then the ultimate lifeboat scenario would have to be enacted where every major population scenario in India, China, and Africa would have to be hit with nukes/VX gas in order to save the planet.
