BACK PAIN
Dealing with back pain can be challenging, and surgery isn't the best solution. In most cases, surgery does not offer the relief you're hoping for and could even lead to future complications. It's generally recommended for severe deformities, leg pain(radicular pain) or muscle weakness (paresis), stemming from nerve compression.
For most other situations, regular exercise and avoiding smoking can be more beneficial.
If you're experiencing radicular pain or have urgent concerns like paresis, it's a good idea to consult a surgeon for advice. As for fractures, they're usually treated with non-surgical methods, but a surgical evaluation is necessary in most cases.
