Honestly, I don't know. I have spoken to plenty of WNs who do support the existence of royalty and would like to see them within the power structure, acting accordingly as you alluded to. I don't think it's necessary but it will probably happen regardless in any structure as it always has from communism to natsoc, the presence of elites I mean.
