I have been using crowdhealth for the past few months and it has been great, I don’t know if it helps your particular situation but It seems like a very viable long term alternative to hopefully do away with the bullshit that is health insurance companies today. What may help your situation is that In my experience with hospitals stays and doctors visits, negotiating a cash price up front has been cheaper than what I used to pay per visit even with “very good” (or at least expensive) health insurance. Often times 60 percent cheaper.
