had a funny thought about this
So over in cringeland (twitter) there's this youtuber, SmashJT who has a blog with an article listing off names of people who work for kotaku and others have defended their recent attacks on gamers over all the recent DEI drama. Its just their name, picture, and links to tweets, pretty low effort. One dude on the list is trying to lawyer up and sue the guy. So far convinced wix to take the site down. (>inb4 lol why did you do this on Wix and not make backups???)
I saw the site before it was removed, it's a glorified listicle with no dox and no call to action to harass the people on it.
Imagine this actually goes to court, imagine if the plaintiff actually wins? Then all these poor college kids putting together lists of celebrities to block because they dont say free Palestine enough could then be sued as well, cuz case law.
That would be kinda funny. Doubt the guy really has a case here though. Also theres already a suspicious gofundme for SmashJT for losing everything with the removal of his site, but like did he really not make any backups? What an idiot
