So let me get this straight:
Apparently the 61 billion dollars that was sent over to Ukraine isn't enough.
They themselves estimate that they require 81 billion year on year.
The US is proposing giving it to them, based on this loan structure:
"Ukraine is obviously going to win the war (ra ra), and Russia is going to have to pay us reparations. We will give you the reparations if you give us the money now."
They want to borrow 81 billion a year on based on them winning a war that they are losing, and the US is considering it.
I'll tell you how bad an idea this is:
Christine Lagarde came out against it.
