This is the key difference. Paganism does not proselytize. I don't anyone to become a Germanic Heathen or any Heathen if you don't have the Genetic component. I want you to become the Racial Tradition your family belonged to pre-abrahamism. It is a Racial Genetic belonging. Not something you can choose. Whether it be Germanic, Celtic, Slavic, Baltic, Hellenic, Italic etc. Resurrect the Ancestral belonging your family had. Only your own people and family will know what this path looks like. There is no complete guide to do this, just like any path of value will not provide you with a complete plan to follow. You should be distrustful of world religions with complete plans that are RACIAL BETRAYALS. There is no doctrine or text in Heathen Traditions. There is no institution. You need to walk this path yourself and rediscover your Ancestral belonging. It is far harder than just reading a desert manual.
