April 21 is #WorldFishMigrationDay
I can think of two species that migrate in my region (west coast of Canada): herring and salmon, although some herring stocks live here all year round. Restoration of rivers and estuaries are important. Keeping your dog on a leash in sensitive areas where salmon spawns is also important.
