I won't try to convince you with anything because only a witness from the Holy Spirit can pierce the heart.
I don't know how much open minded study you've given to this as opposed to taking in all of the fear and hype. I don't need to read any other translations of the bible because the King James came before Joseph Smith and many other religious people have read it without turning to Mormonism.
There is but one God. All things came from Him.
I wish you peace, and perhaps well see each other at the judgment day.
