Going from a military job to civilian is interesting. The thing that troubles me the most, at least in my thoughts presently, is how to negotiate a salary? Local paper mill has maintenance manager position for $87k+, with one of the preferred reqs of 2+years managing people and maintenance. What should someone with over 15 years of it ask?
