3/ Those detained include Tang Ngok-kwan, a former committee member of the disbanded Hong Kong Alliance, who arrested for holding an electronic candle. Pro-democracy activist, Alexandra Wong, was also detained for lifting up flowers in mourning the victims of the massacre.
