New generation seems to look old quicker, because of obvious, yet maybe surprising reasons.
1) staring into blue light monitor inside or a phone outside ruins your posture (and eyes etc), gravity pulls your face in slightly different and same angle all the time and you don't stretch your neck skin and muscles at all
2) not enough sunlight that actually hits your face, you don't look around or up anymore
3) posture is so bad you'll develop a bump behind your neck 20 years sooner, kids in school with heads down and curled like lizards ARE DOOMED DOOMED DOOMED
4) sugar causes aging of skin, check any dermatologist on YouTube. What else does it ruin? Well, everything. Obesity ruins everything too. Duh.
5) I'm not writing next ton of reasons about modern economy, grind, medicaments, sleep etc.. Just a few from a masseuse.
Get the fuck out, stand up straight and show your face to the sun!
