When you're so ashamed of your inflation you just scrap the "million" part out. The banknote on the left is worth less than $0.028. The one on the right is worth $1.4.
But the quality of paper is still good. So people prefer cash so they actually have paper they can use. It's peak fiat degeneration. #bitcoin fixes this.
