I misunderstood your earlier point about seed oils not being harmful, and I apologize for that. My initial comment wasn't about avoiding discussions with family members; that's a separate issue. If it's someone you know well, educating them about healthier choices makes sense. However, as the saying goes, 'you can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink.'

My original post was more about how strangers on social media often feel compelled to dictate others' dietary choices. Everyone has the right to decide what's best for their own life.

You might not agree with me that there's no one-size-fits-all approach, but the facts support this. Some people thrive on a lion diet (red meat only) due to specific health issues, while others do better on a carnivore diet, or with or without dairy. It's ignorant for anyone to insist there's only one correct way for everyone to eat.

As humans, we do our best with the information available. The abundance of dietary advice can overwhelm many people, especially since scientific knowledge is always evolving. Each person needs to find what works best for their body and strive for health and longevity. Ultimately, this journey requires personal commitment.
