He just fails to understand that we already live in total abundance in the standard of people form the past.
He in fact didn't passed eco 101 yet this is why he still doesn't get Bitcoin.
He is right for the penthouse, and wrong for abundance because abundance is relative, given that goods and services of the future don't exist yet.
