How cold does the glass of your window get? If it's extremely cold, then it could be affecting overall health.

You mentioned that you let the soil dry out completely between waterings. That's normally good, but in winter the risk of underwatering increases for plants like this because of lower humidity in the air. Make sure she's getting enough water.

Also, if all that growth this summer and fall occurred from the soil that's currently in the pot, she could be low on vital nutrients and minerals. You could increase the size of her pot and add in some new well-draining soil to remedy. I think this is the least likely issue though.
