Honestly, I feel like it’s up to the websites to safeguard their users and not the browsers.
If you can create a client side encrypted “app/ID” to interact with websites, that would allow you to surf anonymously unless you give websites access to your “app/ID”. That would only allow people to track your IP, which is fairly easy to block and randomize to further reduce tracking abilities.
To reiterate, we need a more centralized and universal solution instead of pushing individual options.
It’s similar to my beliefs, in regards to the COVID vaccine. I would have rather seen these companies that claim to care so much, actually prove it by coming together to create one solid vaccine instead of peddling multiple types like they’re selling me a cable package.
You’re putting a bandage on the problem instead of addressing the problem itself because it’s more profitable that way.
